Refund Policy

Because you can hear a full-length preview of every song before you pay, purchases are usually final. We still want you to be happy:

• Unused credits: refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.
• Something went wrong: if a download was broken or didn’t match the preview, we’ll fix it or refund that song.
• Subscriptions: cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the paid period. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and haven’t used a download, we refund it.

Card payments are refunded through Paddle; mobile money and local payments through Paystack, back to the method you used. Contact support@<our domain> with your receipt.
