Mix Master Studio

Terms of Service

Last updated 12 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Mix Master Studio (“we”, “us”), the online studio for editing, mixing and mastering audio. By using it you agree to them.

Your music stays yours

You own everything you upload and everything we make from it. Uploading gives us only a limited licence to store and process your audio so we can provide the service to you. We claim no ownership of your inputs or outputs.

You must have the rights

Only upload audio you own or have permission to use, including reference tracks. Reference tracks are used only to measure sound (tone and loudness) for your own render. They are never shared, published or redistributed, and are deleted on the same schedule as your other files.

No AI training on your audio

We do not use your audio to train or improve AI models unless you explicitly opt in. The default is off.

Keeping and deleting files

  • Free use: files are deleted automatically after a short period (currently 24 hours).
  • Paid plans: files are kept for your plan’s history period, or until you delete them.
  • You can download or delete all your data at any time in Settings & privacy.

Payments

Previews are free. Full-quality downloads use a credit or a plan. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Paddle (our merchant of record for card payments, who handles sales tax and VAT) or Paystack (cards, bank, USSD and mobile money). We never see or store your card details. See our refund policy.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t upload content you don’t have rights to, or content that is illegal.
  • Don’t try to break, overload or get around limits of the service, or access other people’s projects.
  • Don’t resell the service or scrape it automatically without our written permission.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Copyright complaints follow our copyright policy.

Results “as is”

We work hard on sound quality, but results are provided as is. We don’t guarantee that any distributor, streaming service or broadcaster will accept a file. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We’ll post changes here and, for significant ones, tell signed-in users by email before they take effect.

Draft for review by counsel before launch.
